The Shala is open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The Virtual Shala is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by appointment.
All Students:
Participation in live classes requires pre-registration and proof of completed vaccination.

Good for non-workshop mysore and guided primary classes for students with an established ashtanga practice. Unlimited monthly passes can start on any day of the month and renew on the same day of subsequent months.
